Steve Carell is one silly dude. I do enjoy his movies, even his less comedy dramas like Dan in real life, but he brings his own humor like actin into this movies. In Get Smart I was expecting a little more action since it is a spy movie, maybe a little more I Spy remake. Which by the way didnt get much attention either. The movie had its comedy moments and obviously Steve Carell was perfect for this part. The store line was just wrong for the movie, it went wrong around the end when they bring a bomb into the USA. It just wont happen, they should of just stayed in Russia just like about 80% of the movie pretty much was. As for Anne Hathaway, she did an ok job, she was not sexy enough for the role. She didnt quite fit the role to be the sexy spy girl. I guess she just isnt sexy enough for me. LOL great rental for the entire family.
